Innovation consultant, teacher and speaker. But before all that, I was a manager in a family business for over a decade. I started in administration, moved on to sales and eventually became a manager. I experienced first-hand the pressure to achieve results, the exhaustion of teams and that silent feeling of fulfilling my obligations without evolving.
That's when something changed. I felt that my leadership was no longer enough. Not for lack of competence, but for lack of space to be true. I decided to study - and start over. I completed a degree in Business Management, a master's degree in Marketing and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing. But the real transformation came when I delved into less conventional fields: Design Thinking, Service Design, Creative Leadership and Symbolic Theories.

I have coordinated projects with territorial and business impact, founded the Oporto Thinkers Academy, OPTA, co-organized international conferences and supported dozens of leaders to reprogram their way of thinking, feeling and acting in their organizations.
