I am the

Helder Teixeira

Innovation consultant, teacher and speaker. But before all that, I was a manager in a family business for over a decade. I started in administration, moved on to sales and eventually became a manager. I experienced first-hand the pressure to achieve results, the exhaustion of teams and that silent feeling of fulfilling my obligations without evolving.

That's when something changed. I felt that my leadership was no longer enough. Not for lack of competence, but for lack of space to be true. I decided to study - and start over. I completed a degree in Business Management, a master's degree in Marketing and a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing. But the real transformation came when I delved into less conventional fields: Design Thinking, Service Design, Creative Leadership and Symbolic Theories.

This journey – personal, academic and professional – allowed me to create the 3D Evolutionary Leadership Framework. A model that combines systemic thinking, people-centered innovation and emotional maturity. A living model, which I already apply with leaders, teams and organizations from different sectors, always with the same purpose: to restore meaning, trust and

Today I am an independent consultant, mentor and university professor.

Today I am an independent consultant, mentor and university professor. I have coordinated projects with territorial and business impact, founded the Oporto Thinkers Academy, OPTA, co-organized international conferences and supported dozens of leaders to reprogram their way of thinking, feeling and acting in their organizations.

If you're looking for someone with ready-made speeches, generic frameworks and quick solutions... I'm probably not the right person.

But if you're looking for someone who's been there before, who knows how to listen beyond the obvious, and who combines strategy with truth - then maybe this is the turning point.
